Our Policies


Shipping (Domestic Orders)

With the exception of pre-orders, it may take up to 5 business days (Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST) of when you purchased your item(s) for items to ship. If your order includes a pre-order, all items will ship together, once the pre-order is ready.

If you ordered within the US and your tracking number does not update with movement after 6 business days of when your purchase was made, you may contact us.

If your order comes back “return to sender”, we will refund your order. You may try and order again in the future.

Shipping (International Orders)

With the exception of pre-orders, we will prepare all orders for international shipping within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST) of when you purchased your item(s).

Currently, international orders may take up to 3-5 weeks once your order has been fulfilled. With this method, there is no tracking numbers.

DUTY & VAT TAXES (CUSTOMS FEES): These fees are not included in the shipping price of your order. These fees are calculated at the shipping destination and must be paid upon delivery. Depending on the country, different fees will apply.

Zen Monkey Studios is based in the USA. All orders are processed in USD. International customers are encouraged to pay using PayPal.

Shipping Restrictions:

Currently, Zen Monkey Studios ships to an estimated 40 countries. This is due to either issues with customs between the two countries, or our contractual agreement with our licenses. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.

We currently cannot fulfill international orders weighing over 2.5 lbs.

Due to weight and size restrictions, we currently cannot ship more than one sweatshirt internationally at a time (excluding Canada, which can allow two per order).


Lost/Stolen Packages

Zen Monkey Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are missing a package or have missed a delivery, contact your local post office first. The following link will help you: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm



If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 45 days of your purchase and we will be happy to help you with this process. Zen Monkey studios will not exchange or refund any items that have been already worn or washed.

For domestic exchanges, please include $5 (cash or check payable to Zen Monkey Studios LLC) to cover return shipping.

Privacy Statement

The only data we collect from you is your name and address in order to ship your ordered product(s). We do not share this information with anyone.
