If your order comes back “return to sender”, we will refund your order. You may try and order again in the future.
We currently cannot accept international orders that weigh over 2.5 lbs. For reference, orders with four or more shirts become too heavy for our current international shipping.
We cannot accept Canadian and UK orders that have more than two sweatshirts in their purchase. Other countries are limited to one sweatshirt in their purchase. You are allowed to have multiple orders to the same location to bypass this, but we cannot fulfill such orders in just one package, along with handling the different rules of customs for each nation.

USPS Shipping Classes:
Domestic orders under 13oz. will be shipped first class mail. These orders take between 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on where you live. If you wish to receive your tracking number and didn't receive one, do not hesitate to contact us.
Domestic orders over 13oz. will be sent priority mail. These packages usually arrive in about 3-4 business days.
We ship to most of the world. If your country isn’t provided on the drop down on check out, it is likely due to numerous problems including fraudulence that has resulted in our best judgement to halt shipment to your country for the time being. If that's the case, we apologize.
USPS Shipping Classes:
First Class International
Package delivery varies depending on the country, and will usually arrive within 2-7 weeks. This mostly depends on where you are located compared to us, and your customs office. We are currently using ShipStation for our packaging and shipping, and international tracking may not always work because of customs.
There are often no tracking numbers for international orders.
Attention: Your country may charge you extra customs fees, which we are unable to foresee. As much as we would like to avoid them, it is out of Zen Monkey Studios' control if they do apply.
PLEASE NOTE: Zen Monkey Studios LLC is not liable for any packages lost or damaged in the mail. If you haven’t received your package within the estimated times given please contact your local postal system to see if they can find the package. This happens to a tiny fraction of orders, less than 3%.
We will split ship (at no extra charge) any U.S. order if it contains a pre-order item that will not be available for more than 2 weeks. We will sometimes split prints and shirts into two different packages to make sure they arrive to you undamaged. Your packaged invoice will often state if you should expect a second package. If you order multiple shirts that cannot fit in one package, we will sometimes split your order up (at no extra charge) as well.
Exception: We cannot split ship international orders due to the high cost of shipping.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
If you have a problem with your recent order, contact us within 30 days of your order’s shipping date (45 days for international orders).
If we made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do whatever it takes to rectify the issue.
If you made a mistake when you ordered (wrong size, changed your mind, wrong address, etc) you are welcome to request an exchange or refund. All we ask is for any returned items to be in good condition (unwashed and unworn) and that you cover any shipping charges that come up. Please contact us and we will let you know how to proceed.
For exchanges, please send your exchange within 30 days if you’re in the US, or 60 days if you’re international. You will need to mail the items that you wish to exchange back to us at:

You will need to include a from that has your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and item you wish to exchange for. We will provide this for you.
The only data we collect from you is your name and address in order to ship your ordered product(s). We do not share this information with anyone.
